I was responsible for designing several platform projects, from user management to AI initiatives. I worked directly with 3 PMs, helping them with ideation, designing/prototyping, testing, interviewing and supporting front-end devs during the development.

I was responsible for redesigning the digital points-of-sale for hire-purchase products in 4 countries and redesigning the back-office from the ground up. At the same time, creating and managing a design system in Figma and overseeing its development.

Inbank - Customer Service Backoffice
The goal of this task was to completely reimagine and rebuild the internal Customer Service Back-office, to support the new Hire Purchase products and ensure a scalable, efficient workflow for support agents and their managers.
